My hubby is out of town for the night and I made him take C-man out to his dads house.  I think the inlaws are thinking i'm being ridiculous but if it was my 9 yr old daughter making up lies about Hubby they wouldn't want me leaving him alone with her.  Why should it be any different because C-man's a boy?

How odd! When I posted this photo of Rabid Squirrel I had a link to the post back in Nov 06 when she got arrested and this mugshot was taken but I just noticed today that it wasn't there.  Anyway, this photo is of C-man's mother (slightly altered by moi).  She only spent one night in jail for stealing a cell phone from a cellular store.

This kids got some serious problems...

Today C-man went to see the psychiatrist. 

He immediatly started talking like a baby.

He tried to act like he had no clue why he was there.

He was asked about his mothers drug use and he said that the marijuana he found in her room was really cabbage and he put it in her room.

Whe he was asked about his mother abusing him he said he had no memory of it but when pushed he got mad and said "but it was only a small vacumm she threw at me, only two pounds!".

When asked why he was mad he said that it was because he wanted to stay at his mothers two weeks and his dads two weeks because he doesn't have time to have fun with his friends at his mothers over only a weekend.

In the car on the way there out of the dead silence with Boston playing in the background he said "If I promise to stop lying about you guys, will you promise not to make me get a hair cut?  Because I want to grow my hair long.".

The psychiatrist said he doesn't need meds right now but he referred him to a therapist with a PHD.  The next appointment is on January 24.

I'm numb with fear for the future.

Short summary of whats going on.

• On the 4th of January Rabid Squirrel took C-man in front of a judge for an emergency hearing saying we were physically abusing C-man
• C-man must have told the judge the truth that we were not abusing him because the judge threw it out
• Rabid's lawyer walked out of court and filed a motion to modify the custody agreement
• C-man came home on the 6th of January and acted as if nothing had happened
• When we asked him if he had been taken to see a lawyer he lied and said no
• At this point we had no clue that he had been taken in front of a judge
• When we asked him why he lied about me spanking him he said that his mother did not make him say it and he guessed he was just a lying little shit
• I got mad and told him that (my bio kids) would never make up lies about me and not to call me mom any more
• 15 minutes later he came into my room and told me his mother told him that if he made up lies about me that he would come live with her and they would get a lot of money from his dad and she would give him some of it
• I told him thank you for telling me the truth and told him it was wrong to lie about people and that it hurt my feelings really bad and if he was sorry for lying about me that he could call me mom again
• He's calling me mom again
• We made an appointment with a child psychologist and he and my husband and myself are going to see the doctor on Tuesday morning
• We have court on Valentines Day
• Our lawyer filed a reply to their RIDICULOUS child abuse claims and is asking that Rabid pay our legal bills and start paying child support
• One of the reasons for her motion to modify is that she states that my husband has remarried.  HELLO we have been married almost 6 freaking years!!
• Another claim she is making is that I and my husband are physically and emotionally abusing him
• She is asking for limited supervised visitation for my husband
• She is asking to claim C-man on her income taxes
• She hasn't filed income taxes in 7 years since she filed with my husband because she gets SSI and does not work
• The reason she wants it put in the papers that she can claim him is because she and C-man would be dependants of her mother whom she lives with and she wants her mother to be able to claim C-man on her taxes
• I just noticed that my husband did not ask his lawyer to ask for Rabid to get limited supervised visitation!!
• And last but not least by any stretch of the imagination...
• I AM SICK TO F*&*% OF ALL THIS DRAMA!

C-man is coming home today at 6pm.  Rabid Squirrel called and told my husband that she is going shopping and will be driving past here on her way home so she will just bring him home instead of us having to pick him up.  C-man got on the phone with my husband and said something like "I love you daddy, I can't wait to see you." and "I can't wait to get home".  How freaking weird is THAT?!!!  Just over a week ago he is screaming he is living with his mother and now this.  Those two are up to something and I for one, am scared.  We pulled him from daycare and now one of his friends mother is going to be watching him after school.  That was one of the reasons he didn't want to live with us.  He hated that daycare.  He was very happy to hear that.  Then my husband called him the other day and told him that Santa brought a basketball goal and an air hockey table.  Maybe that's why he has changed his mind, I don't know.  At least that's what I'd like to think.  But honestly I think that he really wants to live with her and him and his mother have some evil plan cooked up.  My husband is calling the help line at work tomorrow about getting a referral for psychiatric care for the boy.  Maybe it isn't too late.

Bulletssssssss...

• Things have been so quiet around here it's almost scary.  I feel like any moment Rabid Squirrel is going to do some evil doing.  C-man has to go over there at 10 pm Christmas Eve and doesn't come home until the day before school starts in January.  I'm sure she will have him throughly examined for child abuse and molestation, taken to a psychiatrist, a lawyer, DHS and any and all other places she might think help her regain custody.  Poor kid.

• We sold our old house!!  We close around Dec. 15th.  The realtor had this mystery potential buyer and she wouldn't tell us the woman's name.  Then after the woman decided she wanted the house we found out it is one of my husbands ex girlfriends (who he broke up with under very bad terms to say the least) from 12 years ago.  Apparently she's been living just a few streets over for the past two years and my teen age son is friends with her daughter and we didn't know it.

• The city is being audited in two weeks.  I'm about to have a breakdown at work trying to get everything on their list ready before they get there.

• You know you go out to eat way too much when the owner of a restaurant calls you at work and asks if she made you mad because she hasn't seen you in the past couple of weeks.  Yeah, that happened to me today.  I told her things were just a little tight right now with having two house payments.  I said we'll be back to supporting her family next month.  No, I didn't say that.  But it's true.  I bet we spent three hundred and fifty dollars a month in that place easily.  God, I suck.  I really need to cook more often. *Sigh*

Super hero, no more football, getting older, meeting the new guy and a stripper...

I can't believe it's been almost two weeks since I posted.  Nothing much has happened since that crazy weekend.  City hall is running pretty smoothly thanks to me, Super Squirrel City Hall Super Hero.

I finally got finished balancing 7 months worth of 8 different city fund checking accounts.  There was no city clerk since May hence the huge mess. 

Football season is almost over thank goodness.  No more spending every Saturday looking at that hideous biotch that is my husbands ex. 

My birthday was last week.  I am 41 years young.  Yeah birthdays suck.  But I did get a really nice opal necklace from the hubster.

I finally met my beautiful daughters boyfriend and his kids.  He's a really nice young man and his kids are adorable.

My 21 year old son is dating a stripper.  I think it's just a stage.  You know, there's the terrible two's, those gangly awkward pre teen years, adolesence, then the i'm in love with a stripper years, yadda yadda yadda...  I wonder if he'll bring her to Thanksgiving dinner...

Hell I don't even know what to call this one...

Well hello everyone!  Hello, is there anyone out there reading my blog anymore?!  I am soooo sorry for not posting more often!   Will you forgive me if I give you a funny squirrel pic?  After the week I've had this will be me on Saturday morning.  This job is stressing me out!  It wouldn't be so bad but they were without a city clerk for over 3 months and the last one they had hadn't done anything in months.  I am desperately trying to get everything from the 06-07 fiscal year that ended 6/30/07 caught up before the auditors come next month.

Oh and a Rabid Squirrel update:  The BIOTCH took C-man to the hospital and had him checked for sexual assault and reported that my teenage son raped him.  C-man had no idea the she was telling the doctors and police this so the poor kid had to go through his THIRD sexual assault exam in 6 years (she has done this same thing twice before!), before he was able to tell the doctors and the police that nothing had happened and no one had EVER touched his privates.  The officers were so mad at her that they filed a case of filing a false police report on her but the D.A.'s office dismissed the case due to lack of evidence.  They never pick up charges on her because she works as an drug informant for their office.  BTW she said the sexual assault happened the same weekend she punched me.  AND the D.A. dismissed that case against her also!!!!!  So I'm doing the only thing I can to make her suffer which is not answering any of her phone calls and I DID NOT order the BIOTCH any school or football pictures!  HA take that!  The last time she picked up C-man for a visit Hubby said to her "don't you realize you are traumatizing him by having doctors probe him for sexual assault?!  When you know full well he wasn't assaulted!!"  She said "I don't care.  Don't you know you are traumatizing him by taking him away from me?!"  EXCUSE ME LADY, BUT THE KID CRIES EVERY TIME WE TELL HIM HE'S GOT TO GO WITH YOU!!!!!!!

Other news is that we are moving to a bigger house down the street!!! YEAH!  FUNNY SHE MADE THE ASSAULT REPORT THE DAY SHE FOUND OUT WE ARE GETTING A BIGGER AND NICER HOUSE.  CAN YOU SAY JEALOUS AND F*CKING CRAZY?

Sorry I started ranting and raving there for a minute.  I haven't had my blog posting outlet in a while and it all just started flowing out uncontrollably!

New job, Rabid missing in action, and having the cops on your side doesn't hurt...

Hi!  I know i've been missing in action lately.  I started the new job on Wednesday last week.  It's a lot to remember and it will take months to get everything caught up.  This city has been without a city clerk/court clerk/treasurer for 4 months.  The utilities clerk, a twenty something young man has been covering his job and all those others this whole time.  He kept the city afloat but a lot of things have been neglected.  It's a little overwhelming.  The accountant is coming in this week sometime to help me out but it will be a two day crash course, nothing intense.  The DPS guy is coming sometime soon to show me a few things also.  All in all though, I am enjoying it and I think I can handle the job.

About Rabid, the police dept in the town where the assault occured still doesn't have the report ready.  It's really starting to piss me off.  She's being an arrogant ass now thinking she got away with it.  Although the game this past Saturday was in my town and so is the next two.  She didn't show up this week.  Hopefully she won't come to the next two either.

But if she does i'll have my officers keep an eye on her!  After all I do sign their paychecks now! Mwahahahahaha!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just kidding. LOL

But they do like me. :)

And i'm sure they will be more helpful than that OTHER town!

What's the story with Rabid Squirrel, you ask?

I've had a few people asking what got Rabid started again acting like a nut.  There are a few factors.  At the game before this last one C-man went out of his way to stick a knife in her back. He walked past me on his way out of the park with his mother and stopped and said (rather exaggeratedly) "Bye MOM!" to me.  I'm sure that got under her skin.  Then on her way out of town she couldn't help but notice all the "Vote for (ME)" signs in almost every yard in town and all down the highway.  She is not from this town I live in and does not now nor has ever lived here so it was a surprise to her that not only does MY husband love me but so does everyone (I hope!) else in town.  Then at the game Saturday the reason I was standing at the fence was because C-man got a little bruise on his knee during the game and I am the team mom so I had to go down there no matter who got hurt to get ice.  I guess she got mad because in her mind I was doing what she felt was her job.  So the answer as to why she acts the way she does is jealousy.  I have gone out of my way to make sure she is involved.  I don't go to any of C-man school parties so that she can attend them without me being there.  I stand off to the side when C-man has school programs so that she and my husband can gush together over him and how good he does.  I save my praise for when we are at home later.  During football season it was me who told my husband that it wasn't fair she was missing out on one night every other weekend with her son. I told him he should be fair and let her take him after every game.  Oh and I got accused of just not wanting to have him on Saturday nights.  So I can't do anything right in her mind.  The only reason I am team mom is because my husband coaches the team and she doesn't show up to half the games anyway.  Anyway that's the story.  She's a jealous crazy person who I believe is still on meth.  If you are new here and want to know more click on the tag catagory at the bottom of this post that says Rabid Squirrel. :)

PS If you were wondering did I break up my husband and her relationship, the answer is no I met him two years after he literally caught her in bed with another man and left her.

That crazy person hit me!!!

Well kids Rabid Squirrel is at her old tricks again.  She attacked me when I wasn't looking at the little league football game on Saturday.  She walked up to me while I was standing at the fence and took both fists and punched me in the side knocking me into the lady next to me.  Snarling through her teeth were the words "get the f*ck out of my way b*tch".  My first reaction was to jump on her and punch the crap out of her and beat her into the ground.  But then I had the common sense to think that maybe no one saw her hit me and if I hit jumped her I might get arrested.  Then the newspaper headlines would be "New city clerk gets arrested for beating woman at little league football game".  I told her to keep her hands off of me or I would have her arrested and she said "go ahead and try".  So I did.  Try that is.  I called the police (we were in a neighboring town not the one I live in) and he came out and took a report and then told me he wasn't going to arrest her because he thought he might get into trouble for arresting a mother at the game!!!  After he took my report he talked to her and she denied it.  I had the woman who I got knocked into make a report too.  After the policeman talked to Rabid she walked away and while he was talking to me she went looking for C-man.  She ran over to where he was screaming and grabbed him by the arm and scared the crap out of him so he ran from her.  Rabid then starts ramming her shoulder into several people who were trying to protect him from her.  The policeman STILL did not arrest her, but took her out of the game park and told her to leave.  Rabid then at 9:21pm that night text messaged me twice apologizing.  She's only apologizing because she's afraid she's going to jail.  I took my phone to the station today to have her admissions of guilt added to the police report.  Now I have to wait 5 to 7 business days for the plice to finish and approve the report before they take it to the county D.A.'s office to see if he wants to charge her with simple battery.  And my guess is they won't do a damn thing.  If they don't i;m going to get a Victims Protective Order.  I would go get one now but the officer told me if I go get one now they "won't have to do anything with this report"!  Well I want something done with this report!  I want that crazy person arrested and charged!!!
