I'm soooo sick.  I had to go to the doctor today.  My sinuses are all clogged up and I'm getting a chest cold.  For the past two nights I have been up coughing my head off.  I wanted to make another video but I really look and feel awful.  That and I can't think of anything to video blog about.  I keep trying to make a video of the hubby and my teenage son but they keep waving at the camera with their middle fingers.  I take that to mean "get that f*cking camera out of my face".  They are seriously no fun.

You know what sounds good right now?  A great big cup of cappuccino.  I got a prescription of some killer cough medicine and it is making me so tired.  I wish I lived closer to Oklahoma City so I could run down to the nearest Starbucks.  Mmmmmmm White Chocolate Mocha Latte......

Today while I was waiting for the evil empire (Wally World) to fill my prescription I went shopping.  I swear the purposely wait for a half an hour to have it ready just so that you are lured into the rest of the store.  Anyway, I went to the womens clothing area.  I found a nice black dress shirt to go with my black and gray pinstriped pants.  I have lost about 18 pounds. I really hate this because I am too big for a medium and too small for a large.  I bought this medium button up shirt and I got it home and I'm popping out of the darn thing like i've got big hooters or something (NOT). Yeah you really wanted to know that didn't you. LOL.  Yeah it's a slow news day folks, bear with me.

Ok, i'm going to close this really random post.  I'm putting myself to sleep zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz...

My family all think I am completely crazy for posting that video.  They are all laughing at me and as we speak my husband is standing behind me ready to pounce on the computer to post a comment on the video.  Ok I admit I looked and sounded like a jackass.  I think it's just that my beauty and intelligence just doesn't seem to come through on film.... LOL

Join the holiday fun!

I'm hosting Thanksgiving this year at my home and on this blog.  I thought it would be neat to ask anyone else who is hosting a Thanksgiving dinner to show us all how they are preparing for the holiday over this next week.  If you are hosting put up some pictures on your blog and let me know in my comments and I will come over and visit, I would love to see your ideas!  If you are only cooking a goody to take to someone else's home, put the recipe on your blog, take picures of the finished product and put the link in my comments. This is the top of my cabinet in my dining room.  I found this holiday garland at Walmart for less than 5 dollars and the little turkeys and candles at my local general store (be sure and shop at other stores in your hometown to give your local city government some of that sales tax!)

Veterans Day

YEAH!!!  I got my new couch, love seat and my dining room table today!!!!  I just had to show you guys the table.  I love it! 

I was off work today because of Veterans Day.  Happy Veterans Day to all you Veterans!

I am off work on Friday also because of Oklahoma's Centennial.  This year only, Nov 16 is Statehood Day.  So I had a three day weekend this past weekend, I get a three day weekend next weekend and the following weekend is Thanksgiving so I get a four day weekend.  I love this city job!

Sorry, I didn't tell you about the move and Thanksgiving is going to be boring now...

I've been getting your comments saying you didn't know I was moving.  I could have sworn I told you!  I looked back on my last few posts and sure enough I never mentioned it!  As soon as I get my camera hooked up to the computer I will put some pictures on here.  Really I should wait until I get it looking nice.  right now everything is in boxes and I have all these empty places because I need more furniture.  My husband is about to have a panic attack because all the sudden he realized he's got two house payments and two car payments.  Funny I thought he would have thought of this before now!  I'm sure the other house will sell quickly.  I'm not too worried about it and it's usually me who worrys about these things.

On to other news...

My 21 yr old son Eric has broken up with the stripper.  Reasons unknown.  He doesn't want to talk about it.  He doesn't seem too bummed out about it though.  There goes the Thanksgiving show.  We had a pole installed on the patio and everything... Geesh.

We're moved!

I am soooooooo worn out!  We have been moving since Thursday.  We are almost done.  The new house is GREAT!  And soooo big compared to the house we lived in before.  The old house had 1100 square feet and this one has 2060.  As soon as I find my camera i'll take some pics.  This is going to be a short post as I deperately need to go to sleep.

I'll try and post more tomorrow.
