Sorry can't talk right now, my mouth is full...
I HAD to try out the recipe of the Cheesey Hashbrown Casserole. You know just to make sure it was good before taking one to Thanksgiving dinner at the MIL's house. I made a few revisions to the recipe because when I poured two pounds of hashbrowns into a 9x13 inch pan they were overflowing. There was no room to pour over the mixture and mix. So I put some of the hashbrowns into a smaller pan. I then mixed the ingredients together substituting the 16oz container of sour cream with an 8oz of sour cream and an 8oz of container of french onion dip. I also added a can of cream of mushroom soup. I then poured 2/3 of it in the big pan of hashbrowns and the other 1/3 in the smaller pan then I gently mixed and topped it with cheese and butter pats. It doesn't have to be mixed together really good as it melts together when cooking. As you can see it was so good I couldn't wait for the family to come home for dinner tonight to start eating it. Good thing I made two pans of it! I could eat this stuff every day for a month.
I also wanted to share a picture of C-man getting his Little League trophy on Saturday. Hubby is the guy in the blue shirt next to him. I'm not too worried about Rabid stumbling on this blog as I am her googling names and finding it, so I think i'll post occasional pictures here.
Last night at MacDonalds went ok. Rabid didn't do or say anything crazy. Well she played in the balls and in the play place with C-man. But that's not too nutty, it did say parents can play. Personally I wouldn't do it as I'd be afraid of getting stuck and having to have the fire dept come and use the jaws of life to get my ass out of it. I didn't even go. The night was about her and C-man and she gets all weird if i'm around so I let them have their time. Hubby did take my son T-man as a witness in case she did something. Thankfully the hour was uneventful. Well, i'm going to go eat some more of that cheesey delight...

Are you new here or have you been reading awhile and never left a comment? Please introduce yourself! Lurking is so lonely, we want to meet you!

OOps, you did it again. Might want to read and edit. You'll know what I'm talking about when you see it.
Hey, since you have two pans can I have a bite?...lol
